Job Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Management of Access Control Systems: Ensure only authorized individuals gain entry to the premises.
  • Asset Oversight: Efficiently track and manage assets, ensuring security and accountability.
  • Monitoring Technical Issues: Remain alert to any technical malfunctions within access control systems.
  • Support for Projects: Provide necessary assistance for ongoing initiatives, enhancing security and operational success.
  • Reporting Duties: Prepare detailed monthly reports to document all activities accurately.
  • Participation in Meetings: Engage in regular meetings, contributing insights and staying updated on important developments.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Communication and Computer Proficiency: Strong written skills and adeptness in computer systems for managing access control and generating reports.
  • Security Vigilance: Maintain a high level of awareness to ensure the safety of the premises.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on precision in all tasks, from issuing access permissions to asset tracking.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Consistently dependable with a flexible approach to meet job demands.
Required Qualifications
  • SIA License
  • Driver's license with access to a vehicle or reasonable commuting distance
  • 5-year verifiable history with supporting right to work documents
  • 5 years or more of security experience
