Job Description

Overview

The Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Manager to lead the growth and development of our Self-Employed Division. This is a highly-rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive momentum and nurture talent within our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish leadership and direction to a highly talented team of self-employed Mortgage and Protection advisers within our Self-Employed Division.
  • Recruit, support, and develop a team of up to 30 Mortgage and Protection Advisers, helping them to achieve their individual Business Plans.
  • Work with the team to drive their income through identifying Lead Sources, improving mortgage productivity, and increasing cross sales within their business.
  • Fulfil the training and compliance requirements under our Network's T&C scheme.
  • Provide an outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Industry relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. CeMap or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Management role with Mortgage and Protection Brokers.
  • Technical and e-commerce knowledge, particularly relevant to the mortgage market.
  • Proven Recruitment track record.
  • MS office skills to intermediate level.
  • An ability to inspire, develop, and influence people.
  • Currently, or in the last 3 years held a mortgage & protection supervision licence.
