Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager: Assist in the day-to-day management of the branch, including budget management, team leadership, and development.
- Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Lead and manage the sales and service mentality of the team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Manage the Front of House Operation: Be the main face of the front of house operation, including customer interactions, sales pitches, and driving staff performance.
- Develop New Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities, building on local sales and relationships.
- Manage the SIXT Premium Vehicle Fleet: Effectively and efficiently manage our premium vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing costs.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the retail, hotel, catering, and/or hospitality industry.
- Service-Oriented: Distinguish yourself through your service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid UK Driving Licence: Hold a full, clean, and valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
