Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Lead the site's asset care program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production efficiency
  • Optimize spare parts inventory to reduce costs and improve maintenance efficiency
  • Oversee the maintenance department budget to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Maintain a comprehensive maintenance library to support equipment maintenance and repair

Requirements

  • Electrical or mechanical qualification with relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in a similar maintenance leadership role
  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and Word
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
