Job Title: Site Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Danny Sullivan Group. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects within budget and timescales, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and managing the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Deliver multiple projects within budget and timescales, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Documentation and Administration: Complete documentation to bring contracts to site, including utility diversion project schemes, and manage project records.
- Team Management: Manage the project team, representing the company in client meetings, and overseeing day-to-day site operations.
- Utility Diversion: Deliver utility diversion project schemes, including water, gas, electric, and communications assets.
- RAMS and ITPs: Write RAMS/WPPs and prepare documentation for ITPs, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Site Coordination: Maintain awareness of surrounding works, contractors, and coordinate all parties regarding planned works.
- Record Keeping: Complete daily records for work completed on site, track programme delays and attendees, and raise any changes or issues regarding contracted works with the commercial team.
- ITP Management: Manage and ensure ITPs are agreed upon and completed properly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience within the Utility sector, with a track record of delivering similar projects.
- Qualifications: NRSWA Supervisor, suitable Project Management Qualification, and relevant industry certifications.
