Role Overview:
As the Manager of Strategic Enablement (SE) within the Operational Effectiveness team, you will be instrumental in optimizing comprehensive business processes, with a strong emphasis on enhancing experiences for customers, employees, and agents alike.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges within business processes.
  • Evaluate potential process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee impact assessments and the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assess tools and procedures to enhance process efficiency.
  • Optimize the performance of processes and technologies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business process management.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  • Experience in leading complex projects.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
  • The capability to build relationships across diverse teams.
