Role Overview:
As the Manager of Strategic Enablement (SE) within the Operational Effectiveness team, you will be instrumental in optimizing comprehensive business processes, with a strong emphasis on enhancing experiences for customers, employees, and agents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Proactively identify opportunities and challenges within business processes.
- Evaluate potential process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee impact assessments and the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Assess tools and procedures to enhance process efficiency.
- Optimize the performance of processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business process management.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
- Experience in leading complex projects.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
- The capability to build relationships across diverse teams.
