Job Opportunity: Events Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-calibre marketing campaigns for our conferences and awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive event attendance and revenue growth.
  • Lead audience acquisition and marketing communications for our portfolio of conferences and awards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor materials and post-event reports.
  • Manage event websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for conversion.
  • Develop and deliver content marketing strategies to enhance event social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Events marketing experience, preferably with experience in conferences and awards.
  • Strong focus on audience/delegate acquisition and marketing communications.
  • Experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors is ideal.
  • Confident use of Excel, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (SalesForce & Pardot ideally).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
