Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support the Head of Retail Parks and Head of Logistics Team at British Land. As a key member of our Real Estate Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage the diaries of the Head of Retail Parks and Head of Logistics Team, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Action Tracking: Ensure key actions are tracked and followed up on, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Reporting: Lead the Joint Venture reporting process, preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing presentations, documents, and managing relationships with internal and external parties.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the team, ensuring smooth and efficient travel planning.
- General Administration: Handle general administration tasks, including maintaining contacts and confidentiality.
- Coverage: Provide cover for other PAs as needed, ensuring continuity of support to the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role at a professional company, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
