About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at FPR Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people in a variety of settings throughout the West Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
