We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at SLS Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, conferences, and meetings for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings from conception to execution
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Research and recommend venues, catering, and other event services
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of events
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth event experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
