**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the smooth running of the sales and lettings process for a high-end portfolio of residential properties
  • Update property details, upload photos to various portals
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and sales memorandums onto various platforms
  • Renewals and new tenancy agreements
  • Management of keys for properties
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors, and buyers on a regular basis
  • Arrange inventories, check-in, and check-out reports
  • Liaise with contractors regarding refurbishments/repairs for properties
  • Arrange relevant Gas, EPC certificates
  • Register and deregister deposits on TDS

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum two years' experience in a property administration position
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Highly organized, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team
