About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader at Care UK, a multi-award winning care provider. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best care plans are created and delivered for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective care planning.
  • Administer and record medication, and carry out risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services and improve care outcomes.
  • Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times, setting a positive example for your team.

About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
  • You should be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes is essential.
  • Experience in administering medication is required, or a willingness to undertake training.
  • Above all, you should have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
