About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our team at HMP Eastwood Park. As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies, including complex and chronic presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based care to patients, listening to their feedback and acting on it to ensure personalized care.
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for your own caseload and waiting list.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the Practice Plus Group healthcare team and the wider prison service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning.

Requirements
