About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at HMP Eastwood Park, working as part of a forward-thinking healthcare team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies with some complex and/or chronic presentations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based care, listening and acting on patient feedback to personalise care and inform treatment decisions
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries
  • Inspire excellence in colleagues by being proactive in the management of MSK conditions and motivating the team to identify patients presenting with red flag symptoms
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of reflection and shared learning
  • Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care and support colleagues to do a great job
