About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCPC registered Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our team at HMP Eastwood Park. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a range of MSK pathologies, including complex and chronic presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based care to patients, listening to their feedback and acting on it to ensure personalized care.
  • Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Work closely with the Practice Plus Group healthcare team and the wider prison service to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care and support colleagues in their roles.
  • Be responsible for your own caseload and waiting list, working as an autonomous practitioner.

Requirements
  • HCPC registration.
  • Post-graduate MSK work experience.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner.
