Job Title: Director of People and Inclusion

At Redefined Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Inclusion to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and driving business success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR and people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional people services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on people-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and people management
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and people management
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
