Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law files, including divorce and financial matters
- Handle relationship breakdowns, particularly in TOLATA
- Assist senior team members in complex, high-value matters
- Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge in family finance law
Requirements:
- 5 years'+ experience as a Family Solicitor
- Resolution accreditation/Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel membership or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work well as part of a team, including towards a team financial target
- Marketing, networking, and business development skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Commitment to maintaining professional, Lexcel, and firm standards
- Continuing professional development to ensure excellent technical knowledge
