Technical Client Relationship Manager – MFD Print Equipment

Salary: Up to £45,000 based on experience + benefits package

Location: Home + Field based

We are collaborating with a renowned leader in the print and imaging sector to find a technically adept, client-focused professional to support a new division dedicated to MFD print equipment.

This role is dynamic and varied, requiring close collaboration with equipment resellers and partners. You will provide expert technical advice and guidance, strengthen relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, possess strong commercial insight, and have a solid technical background.

Applicants should have extensive experience with office equipment and print devices, demonstrating a passion for the industry—possibly having transitioned from roles such as demonstrator or service engineer into a client-oriented position.

The company is a household name, expanding its innovative technology internationally, and you will play a crucial role in introducing this to the UK market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assigned client accounts to enhance service support and performance within partner organizations.
  • Act as a technical specialist to foster the growth and development of partner service teams.
  • Deliver various levels of technical training to partners and service providers, both remotely and in-person.
  • Escalate technical issues to higher support levels as necessary.
  • Monitor product performance and reliability.
  • Manage warranty claims and spare parts, providing relevant information to the supply chain department.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical knowledge of MFD print equipment.
  • Able to build trust and confidence with colleagues and clients.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with various Operations Systems and Office Software, including network technologies.
  • Capable of conveying technical information clearly through diverse mediums.
  • Confident communicator, willing to provide training and support to others.
  • Possess a full driving license and be open to travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary of up to £45,000 based on experience, plus a package that includes a 10% performance-related bonus, car/car allowance, private medical insurance, life assurance, 26 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and additional perks.
