Cyber Account Executive

As a Cyber Account Executive at WTW, you will be part of the National Cyber and Technology broking and placement team, responsible for a portfolio of GB-based clients. Your role will involve working with senior colleagues to support broking strategy and placements, as well as managing client relationships and delivering profitable business.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' demands and needs.
- Managing a portfolio of clients: Ensure that solutions delivered meet clients' demands and needs, and deliver profitable business.
- Supporting senior colleagues: Assist with more complex placements to determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies.
- Accountability for client service: Develop relationships with individual clients and specialisms across WTW GB.
- Understanding client needs: Ability to understand a client or prospect's business, situations, opportunities, problems, and key issues.
- Negotiating placements: Negotiate placements with the insurance market.
- Preparing market submissions: Prepare and issue market submission emails to obtain quotations.
- Completion of broking and Fair Market Appraisal system: Complete broking and Fair Market Appraisal system in real time.
- Working with senior colleagues: Assist with determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal for complex accounts.
- Identifying insurers: Identify appropriate insurers and determine placing strategy in line with the broking protocol.
- Participating in information gathering exercises: Participate in information gathering exercises with clients and prospects.
- Participating in insurer, client, and wording discussions: Participate in Insurer, client, and wording discussions. Recording accurate meeting notes.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
- Completing compliance processing: Complete compliance processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements.
- Assisting with data loading: Assist with loading of data into the relevant WTW Systems.
- Supporting end-to-end client service: Support and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting: Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of revenue.
- Communicating effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets, and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels.
- Developing service plans: Working with senior colleagues in the development of service plans that define the engagement and timing of engagement with the client.
- Creating and finalising quotation and certificate documentation: Creating and finalising quotation and certificate documentation to be approved and issued.
- Ensuring adherence to Group policies: Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
