About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Business Analyst to join our Planning team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a Reporting Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating insightful reports to share with key stakeholders across various metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Standard Reports: Create a suite of standard reports focused on Planning-related metrics, including adherence, shrinkage, demand, absence, and AHT.
  • Manage Capacity: Responsible for managing capacity at site level, including seating allocation requirements, and working with scheduling teams to manage work-from-home planning.
  • Staffing List Management: Manage staffing lists and hierarchy changes to ensure information is always up-to-date and provided to relevant departments.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with operational stakeholders to review report requirements and deliver to deadlines.
  • Report Consistency: Ensure all reports are consistent in look and feel and are accurate at all times.
  • Data Availability: Drive improvement in data availability to facilitate ease of reporting.
  • Consultation: Consult to improve understanding on all things data and reporting across various stakeholder groups.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other members of the Planning team to ensure all data/reporting requirements are met, internal to the team.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Business Analysis Experience: Strong experience in business analysis, reporting of business data, problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Financial Services Experience: Financial Services Call/Contact Centre experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, etc. advantageous but not essential.
  • Telephony/Call Routing Experience: Strong working knowledge of telephony/call routing and workforce management platforms (i.e. eWFM, WFO).
  • AWS Experience: Experience in using AWS (Amazon Connect), Salesforce, Feedzai are beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to partner and work collaboratively with others.
  • Influencing Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence people at a variety of levels.
