Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Sumosan Twiga's presence in the competitive luxury restaurant market.
  2. Collaborate with our Chief Transformation and Chief Communication Officer to create and implement high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors to support our brand's events and initiatives.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in fine dining and nightlife to ensure our brand remains innovative and appealing.
  6. Explore and implement new marketing technologies or platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Fluency in English is essential; Italian language is highly beneficial.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
