Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve cleaning targets and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor, and follow safety protocols at all times.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Working Hours:

Standard working hours are 25+ per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours during peak periods. You may be required to work different and/or additional hours of work, and carry out additional reasonable tasks to meet the needs of the Company and their clients.
