Job Summary

Capstone Hill Search is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Health Policy and Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our health team, you will be responsible for building the team's reputation as a credible partner to health companies in global communications programmes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading recognisable and/or award-winning health communications campaigns on behalf of the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry and patient organisations. You will have a deep understanding of the global health communications landscape and be able to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement global health communications strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the health industry, including pharmaceutical companies, patient organisations, and healthcare professionals.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact health communications campaigns that achieve traditional and social media traction and engagement.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health sector, including partnerships and collaborations.
  5. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. A proven track record of leading senior-level health communications campaigns.
  2. Extensive experience in the health industry, including pharmaceutical companies and patient organisations.
  3. Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the health industry.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  5. A deep understanding of the global health communications landscape.
