Job Title: Director, Health Policy and Communications

Job Summary:

Capstone Hill Search is seeking an experienced Director, Health Policy and Communications to join our team. As a key member of our health team, you will be responsible for building the team's reputation as a credible partner to health companies in global communications programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global health communications strategies for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advocacy and global policy leads.
  3. Identify opportunities for organic cross-sell and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the existing leadership team to identify synergies and develop plans to leverage these synergies.
  5. Develop and maintain a network of partners globally to deliver hub and spoke campaigns.
  6. Forge relationships with key partners, including an NYC-based sister agency.
  7. Identify acquisition targets in key markets to build an owned network.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of leading recognisable and/or award-winning health communications campaigns.
  2. Experience working at a senior level in an established healthcare communications agency or at a Director / VP level within a pharmaceutical company.
  3. Strong understanding of global health communications and public relations.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
