Job Title: Director, Health Policy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Health Policy to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our health policy strategy and ensuring that our medicines are accessible to those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement health policy strategies that align with our business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our medicines meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers
* Analyze data and market trends to inform our health policy decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups

Requirements:

* Advanced degree in a relevant health discipline, such as health outcomes research, health economics, or economics
* 7+ years of experience in health policy, health economics, or a related field
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful health policy strategies
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
