About the Role

  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
  • Analysing and achieving key metrics and KPIs for your branch
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and translating them into an effective market plan for your desk
  • Meeting face-to-face with clients to identify opportunities and understand role requirements
  • Implementing creative marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a consistent flow of top-tier candidates
  • Demonstrating a creative approach to candidate attraction
  • Guiding candidates through the registration process and conducting pre-screening interviews as needed
  • Managing the candidate process and addressing queries and issues
  • Providing general administrative support and ensuring compliance with quality standards
