The Role

We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college or sixth-form graduate to establish a career in recruitment, with direct progression paths available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send invoices to internal accounts, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
  • Format candidate CVs to our brand standards and create job specifications for new roles.
  • Utilize marketing software to reach potential leads, create and post job advertisements, and monitor responses.
  • Enter contact details and relevant information for candidates and clients into our database (Itris 9).
  • Answer and direct phone calls, qualifying candidates and directing clients accordingly.
  • Provide information to the Office Manager on candidates starting, enabling congratulatory gifts.
  • Qualify candidates from CV Library, Totaljobs, and other job boards to add to our candidate database.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office, good IT skills, and office equipment proficiency.
