About the Role

DCTUK Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual and corporate sales targets on a monthly basis by presenting DCTUK's entire portfolio of commercial floor coverings to address various applications, aesthetics, and budget requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, continually prospecting for viable new accounts, and ensuring DCTUK's performance targets are met at an individual and corporate level.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the latest technologies and strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to understand DCTUK's mission and ambitions, and contribute to achieving them.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of telesales experience required, with a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the flooring or construction sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Proficient in using technology to drive sales and business growth.
