Job Title: Process Assurance Specialist

At Hastings Direct, we're seeking a skilled Process Assurance Specialist to lead our assurance and control reviews across Insurer Services. As a key member of our team, you'll provide visibility into our controls and assurance activities, ensuring the right level of assurance is in place across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead assurance and control reviews of all processes across Insurer Services, including supplier elements
  • Provide full and clear visibility of all controls and assurance activities across all processes
  • Ensure all necessary controls are in place and effective, driving control enhancements via implementation of further preventative controls
  • Lead the Insurer Services input and coordination for regulatory and cross-functional initiatives, driving and tracking identified actions
  • Create and maintain regular reporting for Insurer Services assurance and controls
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of assurance and control requirements
  • Experience within insurance (claims experience a plus)
  • Strong communicator and influencer with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
