Regional Sales Executive

Location: Covering North West Ireland (Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim, and Donegal)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation: Starting from €34,000 per annum + commission, company vehicle, laptop, mobile device

We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Regional Sales Executive to become a vital part of our Field Sales Team in the North West Ireland region. In this role, you will engage with external clients to ensure a superior customer experience while expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing, nurturing, and expanding a designated territory to consistently meet sales and profit objectives.
  • Establishing new connections with potential clients through various communication methods and fostering enduring relationships.
  • Conducting daily visits to existing clients to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Consistently securing a targeted number of new clients suitable for SMB status within a specified prospect area.
  • Meeting challenging yet attainable targets that are rewarding, with promotions based on performance and recognition of hard work.

  • Self-motivated with the capability to thrive in an independent setting, results-driven with a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional communicator who quickly builds successful business relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated success in winning and developing business in the B2B sector, with the ability to identify and pursue new leads.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid driving license with no more than 7 penalty points.
  • Willingness to occasionally stay overnight as required.
