About the Role

Sodexo, a leading provider of support services, is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Office and Training Support Team Leader. This is a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover contract based at Merville Barracks in Colchester, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage sicknesses and absences within the team
  • Oversee onsite HR and occupational health referrals
  • Coordinate and manage PDRs and in-house system usage
  • Support a large team and work under the guidance of the Office & Training Support Team Manager
Requirements
  • A Level or Business Administration NVQ Level 3 and above
  • Proven administration experience and supervisory experience
  • Valid British passport and residency in the UK for over 5 years
