We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Care UK Residential. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our colleagues and contributing to the success of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the apprenticeship program, working closely with our suppliers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
  • Support the implementation of Learning and Development projects, driving strategy and innovation.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, surveys, and data-driven activities to inform our learning strategy.
  • Assist with event coordination, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Support the booking of courses and training programs, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of learning content and document creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain the Intranet, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Provide administrative support for all Learning and Development projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in booking courses and events, with a strong understanding of Learning and Development principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in large businesses.
  • Valid car driver's license.
