Job Title: Orthopaedic Physiotherapist - Private Hospital Group
Job Summary:
Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our client's private hospital group. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with orthopaedic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with orthopaedic conditions, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and support to ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits and evaluations to ensure high standards of care.
- Communication and Patient Care: Provide excellent communication and patient care, including empathy and understanding for patients' needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience: Postgraduate experience as a Physiotherapist across a range of specialties, with a focus on orthopaedic care.
- Skills: Respiratory and on-call competence, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Qualities: Empathy for vulnerable and sick patients, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and dignity at work.
