Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our finance team at Royal Berkshire Hotel. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Financial Controller in all aspects of accounts and work within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and report accounting records and controls accurately for all income and expenditure of the hotel.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts in line with group policy and deadlines.
- Ensure fixed asset records are completed and up to date.
- Complete the weekly payroll and support monthly payroll and journals accordingly.
- Assist with internal audits on a regular basis.
- Protect revenue by dealing with issues quickly and efficiently.
- Experienced in accounting with AAT qualification or similar.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of SAGE INTACCT accounting system and HART.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
