**What we are looking for**
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance department, based in our offices at the racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire.

**What youll be doing**
- Assisting with accounts payable processing.
- Working with the Accounts Payable Executive.
- Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- This role is key to the team as it is very much a support and processing role.

**Responsibilities**
- Checking, coding and posting a high volume of purchase invoices to our accounting system (Iris Financials).
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and distributing invoices for authorisation prior to booking to the suppliers' account within the system.
- Scanning and filing of invoices.
- Checking all company statements received agree with our records. Investigate, as necessary, any outstanding items by liaising with companies and departmental staff.
- Being a point of contact for all relevant enquiries.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounts analysis and support.
