Accounts Clerk

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software Xero
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the accounting department
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions
- Support the team with ad-hoc accounting projects
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
