General Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL). As a General Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of prisoners and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of facilities maintenance teams to ensure the smooth and safe operation of HMP Bure.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous recognised experience and supervisory skills in facilities management.
  • Experience of compliance and knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in facilities management or project management.
  • Good health and safety knowledge and excellent organisational, time management, and people skills.
