Job Title: Sales Development Executive

Cottrell Moore Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and business development within the plumbing and heating category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Business Development: Achieve key sales targets within the P&H Sales ledger, with regular monitoring and reviews to ensure sales and margin growth.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the plumbing and heating category, identifying new business opportunities and targeting potential customers.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Proactively work towards meeting sales targets and objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within the plumbing and heating industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and heating products and services.
  • Knowledge of the local market and key competitors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
