Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost the plumbing and heating category and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, target potential customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Track sales performance and take necessary actions to meet and exceed targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for key plumbing and heating customers.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with customers to identify their needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest plumbing and heating products, industry trends, and market developments.
- Organise product training sessions and demonstrations for internal staff and customers.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
- Liaise with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure the timely availability of products.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for development.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
