About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Aquent. As a Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of key pan-EMEA events to support the successful execution of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related inquiries and issues within the EMEA region
  • Identify opportunities to optimise Marketing Operating model processes and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity across the EMEA region
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing with proven project management experience
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing a plus
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project)
  • Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/campaign or multiple projects at the same time and able to work with virtual teams
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organised and exceptional time management skills
