About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community and Events Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our Community and Events Fundraising programme.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our Community Fundraising strategy, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of our events programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Community Fundraising strategy to achieve income targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, charities, and individuals
  • Support the delivery of our events programme, including the Flagship Icebreaker event and the London Marathon
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement multi-channel fundraising marketing campaigns
  • Provide excellent stewardship and relationship management to donors and supporters

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising products and events
  • Experience in relationship management and stewardship
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, solving problems effectively and identifying new opportunities
