About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals in providing high-quality education and care to children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of childcare professionals in providing a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for children.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
