Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Behavioral Analysis and Interventions
  • Developing support plans and managing risks
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
  • Ensuring safety and security
  • Facilitating community integration
  • Documenting observations on customer welfare
  • Adhering to policies and procedures
  • Following Health and Safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficient IT skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Positive Behavior Support (PBS) methodology
  • NVQ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience working with Autism and challenging behaviors
