As a vital member of our HR team, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service that encompasses the entire employee journey, from recruitment through to development and beyond.

You will serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting employees with their questions, guiding managers, and participating in significant HR initiatives that promote organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Collaboration:
Cultivate strong partnerships with employees, management, and departmental leaders to influence HR-related decision-making.

Holistic HR Service:
Provide a proactive HR service that addresses all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for every employee.

Initial Point of Contact:
Offer assistance and direction to employees regarding HR inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Manager Support:
Coach and guide line managers in handling HR matters, equipping them to navigate complex situations effectively.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring our hiring practices align with business needs.

Team Development:
Mentor and support the HR team, promoting a culture of high performance that reflects our organizational values.

Ongoing Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:

CIPD Qualified:
Level 3 or equivalent experience (or willingness to pursue CIPD level 3).

HR Generalist:
Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role.

Employment Law:
Current knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Communication Skills:
Ability to establish strong relationships and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Customer Service Orientation:
A commitment to delivering outstanding service to our employees.

Results-Driven:
Focused on achieving objectives while maintaining a people-centered approach.

Resilience:
Highly motivated, with the capacity to handle challenges with a positive mindset.
