Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in our Edinburgh and Bathgate showrooms. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
- Drive sales growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date with new products and features.
