We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily workload, delegating tasks to the team, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the expected standard.

You will also be responsible for supervising work, checking completion, and delivering to the expectation set by the line manager.

Additionally, you will use business communication tools to complete tasks and ensure that the team understands all key functions.

You will be expected to understand all processes and procedures and set an example for others.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns, and merchandising principles.

Furthermore, you will understand daily controls and how to set up the store.

You will also be responsible for understanding company policy and rules regarding security measures and demonstrating compliance and controls.

Finally, you will be responsible for compliance with all till and cashing up controls.
