Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Diaverum. As a key member of our renal care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, including maintaining clean equipment and preparing supplies and packs for treatment.
  • Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis, and escort patients to clinical and waiting areas.
  • Serve refreshments during treatments and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver safe and effective care to patients.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent education.
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
