Role Overview
The Specialist Community Nurse Practitioner role is a key position within NHS Scotland, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide specialist advice and support to healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of patient health needs and develop effective treatment plans in partnership with patients and families.
