About the Position

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting with the execution and enhancement of our campaigns in the marketplace. This encompasses both established world-class solutions and innovative new products. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation in delivering and executing campaign marketing strategies that stimulate demand, expand market share, and maximize product adoption.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and marketing, dedicating time to understand and address the needs of prospects and customers. This ensures that campaigns are closely aligned with these requirements.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation in the healthcare and government sectors, aiming to meet or exceed marketing contribution goals. Utilize various channels, including social media, events, digital platforms, public relations, and content marketing, in collaboration with product marketing and the broader marketing team, emphasizing a shift towards more digital lead generation. Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, becoming an expert on our competitors and their positioning. Work alongside product marketing and sales teams to ensure that messaging and value propositions resonate with our customers' needs. Understand and document our buyer's journey, including their information sources and the factors influencing their decision-making process. Drive improvements to our sales and marketing processes based on these insights. Support campaign plans for the products, working closely with the broader marketing teams to ensure successful execution. Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing programs using data and report back to the business on necessary adjustments. Process campaign plans and draft effective campaign briefs for the marketing operations, design, and digital teams, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of targets. Monitor return on investment and the effectiveness of marketing activities related to products. Assist in developing marketing programs that generate demand for your products. Provide support to the wider global team as needed, particularly on global events and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation or campaign management within the technology or software sector. Understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and speaking). Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively. Collaborative team player with the ability to work flexibly. Preferred but not essential: Experience in health and care and/or government and commercial markets in a similar role. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, content management), SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is advantageous.
