Asbestos Solicitor Role

Sacco Mann is seeking an experienced Asbestos Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos claims and be able to work closely with clients to deliver legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to obtain witness statements and review medical records
  • Prepare instructions to experts and deal with CFAs and funding
  • Prepare schedules of loss and damage and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
  • Delegate and motivate reporting staff to help them grow within their careers
Requirements:
  • 1 or more years' experience in asbestos claims
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and maintain a healthy work/life balance
